Career fair to be held in Asheville

Friday Staffing is hiring for 58 full time temporary jobs in Western North Carolina at a career fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 25 at the Friday Staffing Arden office located at 1944 Hendersonville Road, Asheville, N.C. 28803.

These temporary, full time positions are for jobs at WilsonArt and Continental. WilsonArt is a national company that has over 50 years of history manufacturing high quality laminate products and Continental is a global leader in automotive manufacturing. Representatives from both companies will be at the Friday Staffing career fair to meet with interested candidates.

Qualified candidates have the opportunity to gain experience with these national companies and the potential for permanent job placement. Pay rates will vary based on the position and experience level, but are generally $10-12/hr to start. Both placements offer steady schedules. Continental has 12 hour shifts available, and WilsonArt has 10 hour rotating swing shifts, offering 15 days off a month.

Both WilsonArt and Continental job sites are conveniently located near US-25 and I-26 in Fletcher, N.C., close to Arden, between Hendersonville and Asheville.

Friday’s is seeking motivated candidates with manufacturing experience to hire immediately in the following areas for these positions: Assembly, Machine Operators, Material Handlers, Plating, Shipping and Receiving, Forklift Operators.
