During the week of June 22-29, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 130 calls for service.

There were 12 misdemeanor arrests, six citations, 33 civil papers served and seven criminal papers served.

Officers completed 218 house checks, 606 business checks, 316 church checks, assisted the public twice and patrolled 6,004 miles.

The Polk County Jail booked a total of 19 inmates, including 11 males and eight females.
