Polk County Superior Court May 6 Administrative Session

During a Polk County Superior Court Administrative Session on May 6, 2015, with Judge Mark E. Powell presiding, 83 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Dillon James Deck was convicted of possess/distribute meth precursor. Deck was sentenced to 30 months supervised probation, six days in jail with credit and court costs.
Christopher Chad Massey was convicted of two counts of felony probation violation out of county. Massey’s probation was terminated.
Paul Stephen Reid was convicted of discharge firearm into occupied property. Reid was sentenced to 36 months supervised probation and court costs.
Robert Lois Sheppard Jr. was convicted of felony probation violation. Sheppard’s probation was revoked and modified to five-six months in prison with 78 days credit.
Tyler Dayor Tanner was convicted of two counts of felony probation violation. Tanner’s probation was terminated.
