Polk County Sheriff’s Office arrests three females from Henderson County in breaking and enterings

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office had received a report of a house being broken into about two weeks ago in the Mill Spring community. Detectives began looking into the report and following up on the leads that they had developed.

The residence was broken into again when investigators began utilizing several investigative techniques. A break came in the case when detectives were conducting a security check of the residence and saw a female duck around the corner of the house.

Additional units were requested which assisted in setting up a perimeter around the property. Three females, Christina Parris, Amy Bowers-Sypress, and Eva Acosta were all arrested when coming out from inside of the residence.

After further investigations with the individuals, information was obtained that stolen property from this residence in Mill Spring was at a residence in Henderson County. Polk County investigators contacted Henderson County investigators and in a joint effort a search warrant was executed on a house located at 611 West Chestnut Dr. in Hendersonville.

This search turned up approximately $6,000 of stolen property from the home in Polk County as well as narcotics and paraphernalia. Damon Pearce was arrested by Henderson County Sheriff’s Office.

Christina Parris, 33 of Hope View Dr., Hendersonville, N,C, was charged with Felony Breaking & Entering, 1st Degree Trespass, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia. Parris was issued a $15,000 secure bond. She had her first court appearance on Wednesday where she was appointed an attorney.

Amy Bowser-Sypress, 33 of Owensby Rd., Hendersonville, N.C. was charged with Felony Breaking & Entering and 1st Degree Trespass. Bowser-Sypress was issued a $5,000 secure bond which she has posted. She has had her first court appearance where she was appointed an attorney.

Eva Acosta, 28 of Elson Dr., Hendersonville, N.C. was charged with Felony Breaking & Entering, 1st Degree Trespass, Possession of Marijuana, and Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Marijuana Inside of a Detention Facility. Acosta was issued a Written Promise to Appear and has her first court appearance on May 6.
