The Tryon Garden Club has received a Kirby Grant from The Polk County Community Foundation for the continuing maintenance of the Depot garden located in the heart of Tryon.  The grant supports the beautification of the garden with a seasonal professional cleanup as well as the addition of mulch for the plantings. Owned by the town of Tryon, the Tryon Garden Club has maintained the Depot garden since 1948 and invites all to stop and enjoy the beauty of this in-town haven.

Through the generosity of The Kirby Endowment Tryon Garden Club Special Projects Fund, administered through The Polk County Community Foundation, the Garden Club continues its dedication of beautification projects in downtown Tryon.
