Betty Carolyn Pierce Edwards, 65, of Landrum passed away April 6, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Center. She was the daughter of the late Broadus Mayfield and Lula Bell Campbell Pierce and wife of Jerry B. Edwards.

She was a member of Blue Ridge Baptist Church and a homemaker.

In addition to her husband she was survived by a son, Jammy Edwards (Raegan); three daughters, Lisa Prince (Chris), Lora Hipp (John), Lynn Lance; two brothers, Bobby Pierce and Jack Pierce; three sisters, Evelyn Mills, Kathy Patel, Ann Barnett; nine grandchildren, Bryson, Cohen and Piercen Edwards, Savannah and Bailey Hipp, Alexis McCraw; Katelyn Prince; Gracelyn and Brayden Lance.

Memorial services will be held 12 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Foothills Community Chapel, 2720 Landrum Road (Highway 14), Columbus, N.C. conducted by Rev. Mark Bishop and Rev. Paul “Little” Beiler. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
