Polk County District Court results for March 25

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, March 25, 2015, with Judge Pete Knight presiding, 182 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Colby Pressley Arney was convicted of unlawful to possess or consume. Arney was to pay court costs.

John Travis Bailey was convicted of three counts of felony probation violation. Bailey’s probation was terminated successfully.

Charles D. Barnett was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Barnett was fined $50 and court costs.

Martin Absalo Barquero was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Barquero was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Kenneth Kirk Bauguess was convicted of failure to notify DMV of address change. Bauguess was fined $75 and court costs.

Brittany M. Burk was convicted of impaired equipment. Burk was fined $40 and court costs.

Carlos Mecado Mondragon was convicted of driving after consuming under age 21. Mondragon was fined $100 and court costs.

Cassandra Cunningham was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Cunningham was fined $100 and court costs.

Mercedes Marie Ducker was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Duckeer was fined $40 and court costs.

Marshane Denna Godbolt was convicted of impaired equipment. Godbolt was fined $40 and court costs.

Jean Pierre Graf was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Graf was fined $96 and court costs.

Dillion Dakota Hall was convicted of level two driving while impaired and speeding 59 mph in a 45 mph zone. Hall was sentenced to two years supervised probation, seven days in jail, a $250 fine and court costs.

Jeremy Michael Lee was convicted of possession of schedule VI controlled substance and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Lee was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $250 fine and court costs.

Kevin Lee Nyberg was convicted of impaired equipment. Nyberg was fined $40 and court costs.

William Douglas Pollard was convicted of level two driving while impaired and driving while license revoked-impaired revocation. Pollard was sentenced to two years supervised probation, seven days in jail, a $250 fine and court costs.

Jeremy Tyson Ravan was convicted of resisting public officer. Ravan was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for time served.

Genzmer W. Richardson was convicted of speeding 60 mph in a 55 mph zone. Richardson was fined $20 and court costs.

Joshua Paul Sizemore was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sizemore was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.

Peter James Stratte Jr. was convicted of impaired equipment. Stratte was fined $40 and court costs.

Steven Kirk Wallace was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Wallace was fined $50 and court costs.
