During the week of March 9-16, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 168 calls for service.

There were three felony arrests, six misdemeanor arrests, six citations issued, 27 civil papers served and 27 criminal papers served.

Officers completed 260 house checks, 724 business checks, 370 church checks, assisted the public five times and patrolled 7,960 miles.

The Polk County Jail booked a total of 19 inmates, including 14 males and five females.
