Jeanne Louise Vucha, 92, of Tryon, N.C., died Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015 in White Oak Manor of Tryon.

Born in Chicago, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Harry and Mabel Ruhl. She moved to Tryon in 1977 coming from Wheaton, Ill. Mrs. Vucha was a member of the Carolina Carriage Club.

Surviving are: her husband of 69 years, Robert Vucha; a son, Peter Vucha of Woodstock, Ill.; two daughters, Barbara Wild of St. Charles, Ill., and Susan Frederick of Steamboat Springs, Colo. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Heather, Anne, Alex, and Ellie.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
