Taylor Jones has recently joined the team at Synergy In Action, Inc. where there is great enthusiasm for supporting, caring for and training persons with any mental and/or physical disability.

Jones and his wife, Ashley, moved from Colorado to Tryon after vacationing with their families in Georgia and North Carolina. He was in search of a way he could build upon his diverse background in community service with at-risk youth and adults who have special needs.

Synergy In Action, Inc.’s mission makes it clear that services are delivered “…by providing individualized, quality, affordable services in a safe, structured and spiritual setting.”

Jones commented, “When I discovered this team, I knew I had found a place to land, because I’ve always been fulfilled when working with people…making a difference.”

In addition to data management and multi-media support for the Tryon offices and homes, Jones participates in the delivery of Tenant Case Management Services in Asheville. The Asheville team serves over 70 residents in several apartment communities, independence cottages, and single-family homes.

Under the leadership of executive administrator, Kathy Romich, Synergy In Action, Inc. is accredited for community housing, community integration, respite services, and services coordination by Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Services International.
