John Robert Roddy, 83, died Nov. 5. Surviving are his wife, Nell Jolley Roddy;
daughter, Victoria R. Morrison of Spartanburg, S.C.; grandchildren, Robert B.
Morrison and Mary Grace Mitchell (Joshua); great grandchild, Eva Grace Mitchell;
sister, Margaret McEntyre of Green Creek, N.C.; and a niece, Eva Callahan of Green
Creek, N.C. Services were held Nov. 7 at St. James United Methodist Church.
