Richard and Janice Kropp were inducted into the Columbus Lions Club at a recent meeting.

The Kropps lived in Japan for more than 30 years, Richard as a missionary and Janice running a café called the “Sharon Rose.” Janice was born and raised in Southeast Asia by her missionary parents. They met and married at Nyack College in New York where both obtained their Bachelor’s degrees. Richard later received his Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary.

The Kropps joined the Columbus Lions as an avenue of service to the Polk County community.
