Heidi Shull was presented with a commemorative plaque recognizing her induction into the SWHF. The presentation was at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, her sponsor, on Monday Sept. 22.

Shull since moving to this area from Highlands, N.C. has been very active in community activities. She is very involved in the Hospice Friendship Circle, worked with Habitat for Humanity as a counselor helping families with financial difficulties, is on the Board of the Tryon Garden Club, Secretary of the Board of the Tryon Country Club and is on the Alter Society of St John’s Catholic Church as well as being a lectern speaker.

Shull’s professional background was in counseling and her principle objective, which carries forward to this day, and that is she is dedicated to helping others reach their potential.
