Having recently marked the relaunch of sales with a series of events to showcase the Bright’s Creek lifestyle to prospective members and homebuyers, Butler and her sales team have positioned Bright’s Creek as one of the most active communities in the emerging recovery market.

Butler has built a successful career in the real estate industry over the past three decades, playing an integral role in the growth of leading Miami-based real estate brokerages EWM Realty International and ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Starting as a sales manager at EWM in 1994, Butler was instrumental in recruiting real estate agents, increasing sales volume and launching a development sales division, earning herself the title of chief operating officer. After successfully establishing EWM in the luxury market, Butler took on a new challenge in 2010 and became the president and chief operating officer of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Her forward-thinking management strategies and expertise in real estate technology translated into growing the company from $300 million in sales in 2010 to $1.5 billion in 2012. Butler has twice earned the honor of Realtor of the Year for her leadership and success in the real estate industry. Having vacationed and owned a second home in western North Carolina for several years, Butler’s appreciation of the local community complements her knowledge of the luxury vacation home market to strengthen sales efforts at Bright’s Creek.
