During the week of Aug. 24 – Aug. 30, 2014, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 158 calls.
There were six misdemeanor arrests, seven felony arrests, five citations and 20 civil papers served.
Officers completed 405 house checks, 430 church checks, 617 business checks, assisted the public eight times and patrolled 7,926 miles.
