The deadline for special tenth anniversary discounts Robin A. Edgar’s Tenth Annual Life Writing Retreat for Oct. 3 – 5 in Little Switzerland, N.C. has been extended to Friday, Sept. 12.
Women residing in Western North Carolina who are 21 years of age or older, and returning participants are eligible to receive a discount. Qualified applicants will need to apply in writing and register in full by the registration deadline for any discount to be applied.
A lifestyle journalist for over 35 years, Edgar conducts reminiscence writing based on her book, “In My Mother’s Kitchen: An Introduction to the Healing Power of Reminiscence”, at various venues around the country, including the prestigious John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, N.C.
Writers of all levels are welcome to register for five interactive workshop sessions to get started or to organize what they’ve already written. The fee also includes five meals and a double-occupancy room for two nights.
