Virginia Maclure and Susann Medlin serve lunch on Wednesdays in Landrum from their trailer, parked across from the News Leader on North Trade St. between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Their menu changes weekly and is available online at DarkCornerDiner.com.
They invite diners to bring a chair or blanket and sit in the shade adjacent to the trailer. Food is made fresh daily in their commercial kitchen and loaded into the trailer.
During the rest of the week, they can be found in various locations between Greenville, Greer and Travelers Rest. They will be at the inaugural Taste of Our Carolina Foothills wine and food event on Sept. 28 at Overmountain Vinyards.
