Polk County District Court results for Aug. 20

During Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014, with Judge Pete Knight presiding, 297 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Gary Randolf Anderson was convicted of impaired equipment. Anderson was fined $40 and court costs.
Chaddie Khalee Ataiwi was convicted of impaired equipment. Ataiwi was fined $40 and court costs.
Vladyslav Bielozorov was convicted of impaired equipment. Bielozorov was fined $40 and court costs.
Susan Smith Blair was convicted of speeding 29 mph in a 20 mph zone. Blair was fined $30 and court costs.
Lauren Jean Borgersen was convicted of impaired equipment. Borgersen was fined $40 and court costs.
Caroline Kerr Brown was convicted of speeding 29 mph in a 20 mph zone. Brown was to pay court costs.
Jeffrey M. Burget was convicted of level two driving while impaired. Burget was sentenced to two years supervised probation, seven days in jail, a $300 fine and court costs.
Parmele Price Calame was convicted of impaired equipment. Calame was fined $40 and court costs.
Ricky Davis was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Davis was fined $30 and court costs.
Maedith Ward Finney was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Finney was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Elizabeth Anne Hobson was convicted of impaired equipment. Hobson was fined $40 and court costs.
Randall Erskine Johnson was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Johnson was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Denisha Ravone Jones was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Jones was sentenced to 17 days in jail with credit for time served.
Leslie Marie Jones was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Jones was to pay court costs.
Dinal Wayne Keith was convicted of level two driving while impaired. Keith was sentenced to two years supervised probation, seven days in jail, a $300 fine and court costs.
Jillian Christal King was convicted of impaired equipment. King was to pay court costs.
Bennie Bern McClellan was convicted of possession of marijuana ½ ounce to one and ½ ounce and impaired equipment. McClellan was fined $87 and court costs.
Randall George Mellen was convicted of fishing without a license. Mellen was fined $35 and court costs.
David Lou Middlebrook was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Middlebrook was to pay court costs.
Matthew Todd Mommsen was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Mommsen was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.
Nazario Mondragon was convicted of impaired equipment. Mondragon was fined $40 and court costs.
Shawnda Jamae Pack was convicted of attempt to obtain property under false pretense. Pack was sentenced to two years supervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
Artie Gene Peterson was convicted of impaired equipment. Peterson was fined $40 and court costs.
Jeffrey K. Platteis was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Platteis was fined $93 and court costs.
Jeremy Tyson Ravan was convicted of domestic violence protective order violation and assault handicapped person. Ravan was sentenced to two years supervised probation, a $30 fine and court costs.
Stacey Dean Robinson was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Robinson was sentenced to 11 days in jail with credit for time served and court costs.
Zyndell Rochay was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Rochay was fined $30 and court costs.
Theodora Voebel Segal was convicted of impaired equipment. Segal was fined $150 and court costs.
Kelle M. Staszak was convicted of impaired equipment. Staszak was fined $40 and court costs.
Tyler Austin Stott was convicted of communicating threats. Stott was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.
Edward Smith Tennent was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Tennent was fined $30 and court costs.
Charles Philip Wallis was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Wallis was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, one day in jail and court costs.
Sandra Conway Warren was convicted of impaired equipment. Warren was fined $40 and court costs.
Kezia Lanise Woodruff was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Woodruff was to pay court costs.
Marta Zuniga was convicted of impaired equipment. Zuniga was to pay court costs.
