Polk County District Court results for Aug. 13

During Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, with Judge Emily G. Cowan presiding, 195 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Katelyn Elaine Arledge was convicted of impaired equipment. Arledge was fined $40 and court costs.
Colby Ryan Ashley was convicted of speeding 44 mph in a 35 mph zone. Ashley was fined $100 and court costs.
Katherine Ann Banner was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Banner was fined $30 and court costs.
James Matthew Conrad was convicted of impaired equipment. Conrad was fined $42 and court costs.
Dallas Ann Deen was convicted of impaired equipment. Deen was fined $40 and court costs.
Stanley Richard Donahoo was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Donahoo was fined $30 and court costs.
Makenzie Lewis Eason was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Eason was fined $30 and court costs.
Alek Stephen Frazier was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Frazier was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Benjamin B. Giles was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Giles was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Robert Gage Glass was convicted of impaired equipment. Glass was fined $40 and court costs.
Charles Hasisreutinger was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Hasisreutinger was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Alec N. Kehoe was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Kehoe was fined $40 and court costs.
Frankie Randall Lipe was convicted of impaired equipment. Lipe was fined $40 and court costs.
Kathleen Theresa Lynch was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Lynch was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Tremaine Maurice Mack was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Mack was fined $30 and court costs.
Madeline Elizabeth Nagy was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Nagy was fined $100 and court costs.
Bruce Randall Oliver was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Oliver was fined $100 and court costs.
Jonathan F. Rowell was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Rowell as fined $75 and court costs.
Donald Thomas Ryan was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Ryan was fined $100 and court costs.
Sara Nicole Welch was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Welch was to pay court costs.
