School supplies available for veterans’ children in need

The Polk County Memorial Ladies Auxiliary to VFW Post #9116 (Columbus Post) has a limited amount of school supplies for needy Veterans’ children. Call Joyce Preston at 828-859-5286 to arrange for pickup. Distribution to others will follow after the Veterans’ families distribution.
