Tammy Annette Fishtorn, 43, of Columbus, died July 27.

Survivors include her mother, Barbara McDowell Foster; children, Brittany Hope Bagwell of Mill Spring, Michael J. Brandon Fishtorn of Campobello, Macey Marie Bennett of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., and Miranda Elizabeth Tharpe of Awendaw, S.C.; brothers Terry Wolfe of Mill Spring and Michael Todd Wolfe of Columbus.

Services were held August 1 at State Line Baptist Church.
