Another Time Another Place joined the Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce and celebrated with a Ribbon Cutting.  Located in downtown Landrum, the owners Pamela Elder and Shawn Armstrong have beautiful antiques, glassware, hand-painted original items, art, jewelry and a lot more.
