Collins wins Nell Fagan Scholarship

The Board of Directors of the Green Creek Community Center is pleased to announce that Jacob Collins was selected as the winner of the 2014 Nell Fagan Scholarship.
This scholarship is named after Mrs. Nell Fagan who was a long-time educator at Green Creek School. The purpose of the scholarship is to reward exemplary young men and women who have a great sense of heritage and community involvement with financial aid.  Collins is the recipient of $1000 to help with his college tuition.

The winner of the scholarship, Jacob Collins, his parents, grandmother, and representatives of the Board of Directors of the Green Creek Community Center- Jayne Collins, John Brown, Bruce Collins, Sheila Ford, Jacob Collins, Judy Smith, Margaret Collins, Steve Hardin, Michael Duncan, Pat Cantrell, and Keith White.
