Sunday, June 8, 2014 White Oak Manor hosted the joyous occasion of a Commitment Ceremony between residents, Jean Masologites of Tryon and Paul McIntosh of Landrum.
Family and friends celebrated the love between Paul and Jean.  Paul’s two daughters Jean of Landrum and Carolyn and granddaughter Andrea attended. Jean’s three daughters and son, Nancy from Florida, Ellen from Wisconsin, Diana from Asheville and Peter from Atlanta also attended.
Jean Masologites, age 88 and Paul McIntosh, age 85 became close friends over a year ago, spending the whole day together. Falling in love they wanted to commit to one another in this special ceremony, presenting rings to each other and pledging their love.
