1.    Call to Order of the Wireless Telecommunications Ordinance/Polk County Tower Ordinance Proposed Text Amendments Public Hearing – Chair Owens.  The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed Wireless Telecommunications Ordinance.  The public hearing was advertised in the Tryon Daily Bulletin.  Cathy Ruth, Planner, will be present to answer questions.

12.    Smoky Mountain LME/MCO Draft of County Commissioner Advisory Council Structure – Interim County Manager Pittman will present the draft.  Citizen comments.  Motion to approve.
13.    May Refund Request – Melissa Bowlin, Tax Administrator, will present the request.  Motion to approve.
14.    Interlocal Agreement With Rutherford County – To request an interlocal agreement for Level 3 Building Inspection Services.  Citizen comments.  Motion to approve..
15.    FY 2014/15 Polk County Annual Budget – Budget work sessions were held on May 19, 2014, and May 20, 2014.  The budget public hearing was held on June 2, 2014.  The Budget Ordinance is in the packet.  Citizen comments.  Motion to approve.
16.    Resolution of Appreciation for Collaborative Efforts of Emergency Agencies – Chair Owens will present resolution.  Citizen comments.    Motion to approve.
17.    Emergency Management Mutual Aid Agreements – Bobby Arledge, Emergency Management Director, will present the proposed agreements.  Citizen comments.  Motion to approve.
18.    BOC Regular Meeting Dates, July – December – To set the regular meeting dates through the end of the year.  Motion to approve.
19.    Polk County Schools Budget Amendments – To consider approval of budget amendments approved by the Polk County School Board.  Motion to approve.
20.    Volunteer Boards for Vote – Board of Adjustment – 3 applications, 2 regular and 1 alternate vacancy; Harmon Field Board of Supervisors – 3 applications, 1 regular    4-year term vacancy, 1 regular 2-year term vacancy; Nursing Home Advisory Board – 1 application, 2 regular vacancies; Social Services Board – 2 applications, 1 regular vacancy.  Motion to approve.
