Selena Coffey, Executive Director of the Foothills Humane Society, receives a check from Jeanine Gauen, owner of the Garden Patch. The donation equals 10 percent of the day’s sales from the annual “Plants for Pets” fundraiser held on May 17. In addition to good community support, some pets found their “furr-ever” homes.
