Does your Saturday to-do list include getting your car washed?
The United Methodist Women in Tryon (and their friends) are offering to do it for you from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Saturday, June 7. There is no set charge; all they ask is that you leave a donation to their mission fund dedicated to the welfare of children here and abroad.
You’re also invited to stop by the food tent and purchase a snack or a full hot dog lunch while your car is being washed. All proceeds will go to the same children’s mission fund.
The church is located at 195 New Market Road, just up the hill from the intersection of New Market and S. Trade St. Whether your car needs a full wash or a quick rinse, this stop on your Saturday errand schedule is sure to be a satisfying one.
