The Western Carolina Classic Radio Club will meet Monday, June 9 at 2 p.m. on the ICC Polk campus.
The feature presentation will be the Cooper Brothers giving an excellent journey through the Southwest.
As Don Cooper reports, “my brother Dennis does the navigating, and he is much improved.
At no time in our American Southwest filming did we get farther east than Hackensack, N.J. Well he’s not perfect, but I’m satisfied. After all, when a donkey flies, you don’t expect him to stay up very long!”
Great family fun, beauty, history and adventure are to be had.
Professor Hoyt will keep them guessing with his excellent trivia quiz.
At 3:10 p.m., the Jazz series will make a presentation: Alpha to Omega.
