Mr. Terry Lowrance

Mr. Terry Lowrance of Green Creek, N.C., departed his life on May 18, 2014, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.
He was born March 19, 1956 to the late Mr. Lionel Lowrance and the late Mrs. Bertie Martin Lowrance Simpson. Mr. Lowrance was a former employee of Mt. Vernon Hills, Spartanburg, S.C. and the United States Postal Service, Spartanburg, S.C. Mr. Lowrance attended Polk Central High School in Mill Spring, N.C.
Mr. Lowrance is preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Josephine Cohen Lowrance of Spartanburg, S.C. Left to cherish fond memories are one daughter, Tawania E. (Rev. Reginald M. Keitt) of Statesville, N.C.; one son, Mr. Terry Lowrance of Forest City, N.C.; one step-daughter, Mrs. Aretha Cohen of Spartanburg, S.C.; one stepson Mr. Calvin (Shelly) Cohen of Fayetteville, N.C.; four sisters, Mrs. Donna Whitney of Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Vickie (Ronnie) Wray of Shelby, N.C., Mrs. Jaquelan (David) McEntyre, Green Creek, N.C., and Mrs. Gizele (Anthony) Wilson-Black of Boiling Springs, S.C.; one brother, Mr. William Powell of Spartanburg, S.C.; sister and brother-in-law, Mr. Richard and Loe Ella Prysock of Moore, S.C.; 5 grandchildren, 5 stepchildren; 11 nephews, 6 nieces, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 27, 2014  in the Green Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Burial followed at the church cemetery.
