The law firm of Sheffron, Bradley, & Daniel, P.A. (formally Sheffron Law Firm, P.A.) is accepting applications for their Annual Outstanding Working Student Scholarship for the 2014-15 school year.
The $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to one outstanding full time undergraduate student.
The applicant must be attending an accredited degree-granting college or university within the Southern Appalachian region. Applicants must be currently employed for a minimum of 20 hours per week during the last six months and must currently be a resident of Henderson, Polk, or Transylvania Counties for the last three years.
The award is intended to be in addition to, and not to conflict with, any other scholarships or grants the student may be entitled to. The stipend will be remitted directly to the bursar’s office at the student’s school.
