Polk County District Court results for April 28 and 30

April 28, 2014 session:
In Polk County District Court held Monday, April 28, 2014, with Judge Athena F. Brooks presiding, 181 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Stacy Ellen Anderson was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone and unsafe movement. Anderson was fined $50 and court costs.
James Jasper Beach Jr. was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Beach was fined $30 and court costs.
April Yvonne Brady was convicted of failure to wear seat belt-rear seat. Brady was to pay court costs.
Steve Ray Brooks was convicted of flee the scene and failure to wear seat belt-driver. Brooks was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs for flee the scene and fined $25 and court costs for failure to wear seat belt.
Michael James Clerc was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Clerc was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Aston Nicole Cox was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. Cox was fined $40 and court costs.
Arthur Eugene Davis was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Davis was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Christopher M. George was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. George was fined $100 and court costs.
Jose A. Gonzalez-Uribe was convicted of no operator’s license. Gonzalez-Uribe was to pay court costs.
Leonard Dale Gosnell was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone and failure to wear seat belt-driver. Gosnell was fined $95 and court costs for speeding and fined $25 and court costs for failure to wear seat belt.
Kevin Marquis Hamilton was convicted of possession of marijuana ½ to one and ½ ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hamilton was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 30 hours of community service, a $200 fine and court costs.
Howard Leon Hatmaker was convicted of no operator’s license. Hatmaker was to pay court costs.
Denise B. Housewright was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Housewright was fined $100 and court costs.
Suzanne M. Jordan was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Jordan was fined $30 and court costs.
George Keith Littlejohn was convicted of driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. Littlejohn was fined $25 and court costs.
Alexander Anton Lopez was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Lopez was fined $30 and court costs.
Jesse Alexander Luff was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Luff was fined $50 and court costs.
Jessica Leann McAbee was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. McAbee was fined $96 and court costs.
Theandra Richardson was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Richardson was fined $40 and court costs.
Christopher Rodriguez was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone Rodriguez was fined $30 and court costs.
Robert Daniel Stepp was convicted of driving while license revoked and failure to appear on misdemeanor. Stepp was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $200 fine and court costs.
Lucinda Clymer Thomas was convicted of level one driving while impaired and driving while license revoked violate limited driving privilege. Thomas was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 23 days credit, one year supervised probation, a $200 fine and court costs for driving while impaired and one year supervised probation, a $200 fine and court costs for driving while license revoked.
Michael J. Treadway was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment and no operator’s license. Treadway was fined $40 and court costs.
Verjuana R. Underwood was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Underwood was fined $40 and court costs.
Jackie Lee Walthour was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Walthour was fined $75 and court costs.

In Polk County District Court held Wednesday, April 30, 2014, with Judge Athena Brooks presiding, 171 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Angela Renee Anderson was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Anderson was fined $99 and court costs.
Everett James Baker was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Baker was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation and court costs.
David Ray Case was convicted of take over limit big game animal and possession of a big game animal. Case was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $100 fine, $602 in restitution and loss of hunting license for one year.
Dallas Warner Crawford was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Crawford was fined $30 and court costs.
Douglas Vance Deters was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Deters was fined $50 and court costs.
Richard Blane Dudley was convicted of two counts of probation violation. Dudley was sentenced to 90 days in jail.
Paul Darnell Evans was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Evans was fined $50 and court costs.
Shernell Harris Gordon was convicted of speeding 84 mph in a 70 mph zone. Gordon was fined $30 and court costs.
Coy A. Jones Jr. was convicted of failure to comply with monies. Jones was sentenced to seven days in jail with credit for time served.
Dmitry Kishko was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Kishko was fined $30 and court costs.
Brandy Nicole McCombs was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. McCombs was fined $30 and court costs.
Clint Wesley McMurry was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. McMurry was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.
Jonathan Thomas Mull was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Mull was fine $50 and court costs.
Amanda Lynne Pilot was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. Pilot was fined $40 and court costs.
Scott Robert Rogers was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. Rogers was fined $40 and court costs.
Cameron Lee Scott was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Scott was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, one day in jail, a $100 fine and court costs.
Monica Sheree Sellars was convicted of simple possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernlia. Sellars was sentenced to 21 days in jail with credit for time served and court costs.
Thomas Milton Slaughter was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Slaughter was fined $75 and court costs.
Robin Warren Thompson was convicted of misdemeanor possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Thompson was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $150 fine and court costs.
Ricky Allen Tucker II was convicted of simple possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tucker was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $250 fine and court costs.
Timothy Edward Watkins was convicted of level two driving while impaired. Watkins was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, 10 days in jail, a $200 fine and court costs.
William Richard Werhan was convicted of failure to comply with community service. Werhan was sentenced to one day in jail.
James Purnell West II was convicted of speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone. West was fined $75 and court costs.
Hollys Lavon Williams was convicted of level 2 driving while impaired. Williams was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, 10 days in jail, a $100 fine and court costs.
