Nutrition concepts for health and fitness

Nutritional Concepts for Health and Fitness classes offered by Foothills Wellness Center will be held the third Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. at Foothills Wellness Center located at 2186 Lynn Road, Columbus, N.C. The classes will cover basic nutrition concepts for health and fitness as it relates to individual food choices and health behaviors.
Health topics include wellness, obesity, nutrient supplements, sports nutrition, and prevention of chronic disease. This month’s topic on April15 at 6 p.m. will cover healthy weight loss. Come learn how to feel better and or compliment your weight loss/fitness routine by learning how to fuel your body the right way. Seating is limited and the event is free, please RSVP today.
