Pearson’s Falls spring classes begin Monday, March 24

The first of Pearson’s Falls four spring classes will be held on Monday, March 24 at 1:30 p.m. Phil Nesbit, who previously taught at the Foothills Equestrian Nature Center and Isothermal Community College will lead the two-hour class on identifying wildflowers.

Class participants will meet at the garden house at Pearson’s Falls at 2748 Pearson Falls Rd. in Saluda 15 minutes prior to class.  Bring a notebook, pen and any wildflower books, and expect to see trillium, oconee bells and spring beauty as well as other March bloomers.

In the case of rain, the class will be rescheduled for March 27.

Additional spring classes will be held on April 7 and 15 and May 6, and will be taught by Bonnie Arbuckle, Dr. Gillian Newberry and Larason Lambert.
