Elliott M. Richards of Campobello, S.C. died Jan. 22. He is survived by children Louise Richards and Tubby Richards; stepchildren, Robert Smith, Regina Waldrop (Neal) and Amanda Smith; and numerous grandchildren. Services are Jan. 25 in the Petty Funeral Home Chapel.
