A relaxing and enjoyable hour was spent by 18 participants Sunday Jan. 19th at the Mill Spring Agricultural Center listening to the healing sounds of Tibetan Bowls played by Pauline Ross, artist and Tibetan bowl player. The bowls are keyed to the seven chakras in the body.  In some belief systems, chakras are the energy centers in the body.
The sounds resonate in brain waves helping listeners to enter into other levels of consciousness where mystical states are possible, making them more receptive to self-healing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state.
Future group dates will be announced for more healing hours. Ross also offers individual session in her home.
You can contact Ross at 828-863-2883 for more information. “Living in harmony is a beautiful thing,” she said.
