prior experience:  over 40 years experience with other restaurants, beginning with Saluda Café at age of 10, working for her grandparents Elbert & Ruby Pace.
My role model: My grandparents, Elbert and Ruby Pace, who taught me the value of an honest day’s pay for an honest day’s work, and that any job worth doing is worth doing right the first time.  Finally, life is about giving back.
