Polk County district court results

In Polk County District Court Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, with Judge Emily Cowan presiding, 213 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Jason Carroll Barnes was convicted of felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. Barnes was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation and court costs.
Alice William Campbell was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Campbell was fined $30 and court costs.
Charllene W. Collins was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Collins was fined $30 and court costs.
William Butler Crawford was convicted of driving while license revoked and failure to appear on misdemeanor. Crawford was sentenced to 20 days in jail with credit for time served.
Margaret B. Frye was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Frye was fined $100 and court costs.
Robert Lamar Fuqua was convicted of level 2 driving while impaired. Fuqua was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, seven days in jail, a $500 fine and court costs.
Justin Michael Harrison was convicted of speeding 108 mph in a 65 mph zone. Harrison was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $150 fine and court costs.
Parada Maria Huizar was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Huizar was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Misty Bates Israel was convicted of intoxicated and disruptive. Israel was to pay court costs.
Kittie Lynn King was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. King was fined $30 and court costs.
Kelly Lee Lynch was convicted of reckless driving to endanger, failure to wear seat belt-driver and unsealed wine/liquor in passenger area. Lynch was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and court costs.
Fevron Mikhaylichenko was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Mikhaylichenko was fined $30 and court costs.
Robert Anthony Pace was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. Pace was fined $40 and court costs.
Mirsad Ramic was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. Ramic was fined $100 and court costs.
Joanna Ramsey Ramsey was convicted of possession of fortified wine/liquor/malt beverage under age 21 and possession of malt beverage/unfortified wine while not 19/20 years old. Ramsey was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $200 fine and court costs.
Todd Hansel Ramsey was convicted of felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. Ramsey was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation and court costs.
Raul Antonio Sanchez was convicted of no operator’s license. Sanchez was fined $50 and court costs.
Mark Anthony Searcy was convicted of failure to comply with monies. Searcy was sentenced to three days in jail.
James Robin Silver was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone and possession of open container/consumption of alcohol in passenger area. Silver was fined $30 and court costs.
Jeremy D. Thompson was convicted of take game animal to wit whitetail. Thompson was fined $100 and court costs.
Ronald Pinkne Whitlock was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Whitlock was fined $30 and court costs.
Jessica Emily Zmick was convicted of aid and abet impaired driving and allow unlicensed to drive. Zmick was fined $50 and court costs.
