The Landrum trash and recycle pick up will be Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014, for the holidays.
SALUDA
City hall in Saluda will be closed New Year’s Day.
TRYON
This week’s sanitation pickups in Tryon will be as follows: Tuesday’s garbage Tuesday, Dec. 31 will be picked up on Monday, Dec. 30. Wednesday’s recycling pickup Jan. 1 will be done on Friday, Jan. 3 and Thursday, Jan. 4, will be on a normal schedule. The town hall will be closed Jan. 1 in observance of New Year’s Day. Public Works will be closed Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.
