Donna Marie Pace Sain, 54, of Spartanburg, S.C. passed away Dec. 11, 2013 at Duke University Hospital surrounded by family.

Donna was the wife of Zack Sain and the daughter of Docia Ward Pace of Landrum, and the late Carl Pace.

Donna graduated from Landrum High School in 1977 as Valedictorian. She graduated from Spartanburg Community College and obtained a bachelor of science degree from Limestone College.

During High School, Donna worked at the Five and Dime in Tryon. Afterwards, she began her professional career with Milliken Chemical in Inman, S.C.

Donna is survived by her husband, Zach Sain; her mother, Docia Pace; and her siblings Debra (Jeff) Johnson of Homer, Ga., Johnny Pace of Landrum, Carla (Kevin) Phillips of York, S.C., Jeff (Nancy) Pace of Inman, S.C.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Petty Funeral Home Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013 from 5-7 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Oak Grove Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Lynn Stewart. Burial will be in the church cemetery. 2013 at Oak Grove Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Lynn Stewart. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
