Coley Earl Suber, 59, formerly of Tryon, died Nov. 4, 2013 at the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare Center.

Coley Earl was a resident of the Archabal Apartments in Spartanburg, S.C.

He was a native of Tryon and the son of the late Coley Suber and the late Evelyn Mack Suber Thomas.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: three daughters, Ms. Tony Jonika Suber of Forest City, N.C.; Evelyn Cheeks of Spartanburg, S.C.; and Hannah Naomi Suber-Brown of Tryon; one son, Andrew James Suber-Brown of Tryon; two sisters, Mary S. Hicks of Inman, S.C., Gloria S. (Verbus) Logan of Tryon; three brothers, David L. (Pearl) Suber of Mill Spring, Thomas T. Suber of Tryon and Winfred D. (Tracey) Suber of Hendersonville, N.C.; five grandchildren; stepbrother, Joe Thomas Jr. of Pea Ridge, NC; and stepsister, Betty Williams of Columbus, NC; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013 at the Garrison Chapel Baptist Church, Tryon. Rev. Keith Knox, pastor.

The family is at the home of his daughter, Evelyn Cheeks, 350 Pierpont Ave., Spartanburg, S.C., Apt. 80, Barksdale Apartments and his sister, Mrs. Gloria S. Logan of Tryon, NC.
