Saluda Mayor Fred Baisden, during the Monday, Dec. 9 Saluda Commissioner meeting, thanks outgoing commissioners Johnnie Kinard and George Sweet for their service to the community.
Kinard served as commissioner for the past 14 years, while George Sweet served the past four years.
The board swore in new commissioners Caroline Ashburn and Mark Oxtoby on Dec. 9 as well.
