Carl Thurman “Satch” Rogers of Spartanburg, S.C. died Dec. 3.

Survivors include children, Chuck Rogers of Asheville, Brent Rogers (Nina) of Mill Spring, Sandy Bradley (David) and Lynn Flynn (Jim), all of Spartanburg, S.C.; daughter-in-law, Nancy Rogers; 10 grandchildren, including his best friend and caregiver, Lori McPeak; multiple great-grand and great-great-grandchildren.
