Foothills Wellness Center will host its Patient Appreciation Day on Friday, Dec. 6 starting at 8:30 a.m.

Bring a toy to benefit Thermal Belt Outreach Ministry’s toy drive and the staff will say “thank you” to patients by offering free chair massages, chiropractic adjustments and free exams for new patients.

Existing patients who bring a new patient will be entered in the raffle drawing.

Foothills Wellness Center is owned and operated by Dr. Joseph Picone. Before relocating to Tryon, Dr. Joseph Picone spent 22 years of his career practicing in Miami, Fla., where he was team physician for many local high schools, university teams and more than 100 professional athletes.

He spent 10 years as the director of sports medicine for the world renowned Williams Island Spa in Aventura, Fla.
