Although it’s very early on in rehearsals, the cast of “Rumors”, Tryon Little Theater’s next production, already has the director in stitches.

Described as an “elegant farce” by the man who wrote it (Neil Simon), the pace is quick, the play on words plentiful and the laughter contagious.

Many of the cast members have been together on stage before, and even this early on in the game the rapport between them is obvious. Directed by Debbie Craig-Archer, “Rumors” has all the indications of being hilarious, with abundant mayhem and confusion.
