During the week from Sept. 22 through Sept. 29, 2013, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 138 calls.

There were six arrests, 29 citations, 10 civil papers and four criminal papers served.

Officers assisted other agencies two times, assisted the public six times, completed 251 house checks, 332 church checks, 590 business checks and patrolled 5,692 miles.
