Polk superior court results

During Polk County Criminal Superior Court Administrative Session held the week of June 26, 2013, with Judge Mark E. Powell presiding, 121 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Kimberly Joy Charlton was convicted of felony probation violation. Charlton was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to continue on probation.

Jessica Nicole Hardin was convicted of felony probation violation. Hardin was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to continue on probation.

Tommy Lee Johnson was convicted of three counts of sell schedule III controlled substance, five counts counts of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance and three counts of sell schedule II controlled substance. Johnson was sentenced to 3 years supervised probation, $6,080 in restitution and court costs.

Cory Shane Lindsey was convicted of felony probation violation. Lindsey’s probation was revoked.

Angela White Ross was convicted of two counts of possess/distribute precursor methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ross was sentenced to 30 months supervised probation and court costs.

Mark Alan Silver was convicted of level 2 driving while impaired. Silver was sentenced to 12 months in prison.
