On May 28, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Mill Spring man on felony marijuana charges.

Casey Ryan Lockhart, of 662 Lake Adger Road, Mill Spring was arrested and charged with one count of felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana, one count of felony maintaining a place for a controlled substance and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, according to sheriff reports.

Lockhart was given a $12,000 bond, according to the sheriff’s office.
