Shelby Ramsey of Green Creek was named to the East Carolina University honor roll for the spring semester.

Ramsey is in her third year at East Carolina University and is currently interning at in Woosteer Ohio for the Ohio Light Opera Company.

Ramsey is a 2009 graduate of Polk County High School.

She is the daughter of Matt and Heidi Ramsey of Green Creek.
