Alvin “Marve” Silsbe, 87, passed on Friday, May 31, 2013. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 3 from 5-7 p.m. at Petty Funeral Home, Landrum. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, June 4 at 10 a.m. at Sandy Plains Church.
