The county sought three bids for the website with Revize being the lowest bidder.
Information systems director Bruce Yelton said the company has worked with 1,500 total county and city governments. Yelton also said the money for the new website it budgeted in his department for this year.

The contract includes training for 12 users, which will allow the department heads to control their own pages and keep their sites up to date, something that is currently not possible.

The county’s website is available at www.polknc.org.
